Our Mission Statement

God calls us to be a people who:

• Live in the reconciling Spirit of Christ;
• Joyfully praise God and grow together in faith and knowledge;
• Care for one another in His Spirit;
• Nurture each other through teaching, fellowship, and prayer;
• Reach out into our community, witnessing for Jesus Christ, and sharing
• His hope, faith and love.

Our Vision Statement

By God's grace, Christ Presbyterian Church is a community of faith. In an increasingly secular region, we believe that God is calling us to emphasize the following the next five
years:

• Strengthen our worship to be more inspirational for all ages, with vital preaching,
• varied music, and a deeper sense of the presence of God
• Strengthen our ministry with children and youth, nurturing them as part of the
• church family and leading them to grow in faith and service
• Work to grow both numerically (following Jesus' commission to reach to all the
• world) and in depth of care for one another (following Jesus' commandment to
• love one another)
• Build closer friendships and deepen faith by developing much stronger adult
• learning opportunities, including a network of small groups
• Provide leadership training and clearly defined expectations of our leaders.
